We have seen how the menace of illegal drugs destroys our society. We have seen how our migrant workers fall into the lure of drug money. We have seen that even elected and honorable government officials fall into shame of being users of illegal drugs. Record shows that 70% of heinous crimes are drug related.

Most of all, we have seen how the hope of our country, our YOUTH, is being destroyed by illegal drugs.

Our country and our government leaders are being made the laughing stocks of drug syndicate, because of our toothless law.

There’s only one way to curb the menace of drugs and terrorism. That is, impose the death penalty. This time impose it only on convicted terrorists and drug lords /traffickers. No ifs, no buts.

Again, it will boil down to the question of leadership. Do our government leaders have the political will to act on it?

If our government leaders really love and care for our country, they must impose the death penalty on convicted terrorists and drug lords/traffickers.
