TRUESHANK: I don’t believe FM is a coward, he was ready for everything back then because he knew he still has the financial and manpower resources to govern..

Report had it then, that he asked the Americans to bring him in Paoay, Ilocos Norte. But knowing FM, the Americans fear a scenario of the Philippines divided into North and South. If the Americans acceded to FM request, the worst case scenario was that we will be called the North and South Philippines hence, to prevent this scenario, the Americans brought FM et al., to Hawaii.

Aquino followers will vehemently argue with this thought but proof of this division were the voters who voted for Danding [FM believers but not for FL] and for FL [pure Marcos loyalists].

And just recently, the proof of this division is the million voters who elected FM Jr. as senator. And these include some x-generation voters whose parents believe in Marcos. I can just imagine what would happen if all the Marcos loyalists were still alive. Another proof is by the way this blog corner develops, the scenario of division is very evident.

And for what they did then, I thank the Americans for their foresight; at least my country is still intact, regardless of its condition and the point of views of its people.

At least we are just divided by thoughts and beliefs not geographically!
